How can I be sure the products are authentic

 

Each product sold by The Courtyard London comes directly from reputable fashion houses or licensed distributors and includes original tags and paperwork verifying its authenticity.

 

What is your return policy?

 

We accept returns on items within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached, and include the original receipt or proof of purchase. Some items such as underwear, swimwear, and earrings for piercings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty or not as described.

 

How do I return a product?

 

To initiate a return, please email us at returns@thecourtyardlondon.com with your order information. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

 

When will I get my refund?

 

Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to post to your account can vary depending on your payment provider.

 

Can I exchange a product?

 

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
