RETURNS

 

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, with all original tags and labels attached, and must include the original receipt or proof of purchase. Some items such as underwear, swimwear and earrings for piercings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty or not as described.

 

 REFUNDS

 

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note, the processing time for the credit to appear will depend on your card issuer's policies.

 

EXCHANGES

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, send us an email at returns@thecourtyardlondon.co.uk
